About Jane Breland

Jane was born in Mobile, Alabama.  She still maintains close contact with friends and colleagues in Mobile and is active in the real estate residential and commercial market. 

As a small child, she moved to Mississippi where her Mother and family still reside. Jane lived in Mississippi during the time she attended Gulf Coast University receiving an A. S. Degree.  She attended the University of South Alabama, in Mobile Alabama, attaining a B.S. Degree in Business Education.

She is the mother of two grown boys and encourages them to follow their dreams. Several years later, following a near fatal car crash involving her youngest son, she returned to the class room to receive her RN Degree.

Jane moved to Perdido Key, Florida to promote and sell Florencia condominiums located in Perdido Key until hurricane Ivan destroyed the Florida Gulf Coast and demolished her home in Perdido Key.  She retuned to Mobile where she continued working on the sales of  Florencia condominiums and Shores of Panama condominiums in Panama City Beach, Florida.  Upon the completion of the Florencia condominiums, she returned to make Florencia and Florida her home.

Jane has many years of experience in marketing and sales of high rise beach condominiums.  Whether it is land acquisitions, creating marketable projects for developers or working with developers from the inception through completion of multi-million dollar beach projects, Jane is competent and compassionate about one thing - doing the best for her clients and developers.

Due to the close proximity of all three states and the diversity of the real estate markets, Jane now divides her time between Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
